Sir, Management 101: A boss can delegate authority
but never responsibility. Calling someone a war criminal
is easy. I repeat, why wasn't General Clark ever prosecuted
as one? As previously stated, the letters from people
living in the area appear to have nothing but the
highest regard for the General. Why therefore should
we believe you and the other naysayers? I would agree
that both American parties need a good overhaul.
