I'm
an Italian student and I'd like to welcome The Blanket
project and its importance for people like me -- very
interested (or I'd better say involved) in Irish history,
culture, politics. Given the strong censorship on
the matter -- don't forget we have the most fascist
government of the last 50 years in Italy which has
now Blair as a major ally in Europe! -- even on the
daily news, such as the new talks about GFA that are
going to take place in September, and on mainstream
Republicanism, there's an absolute silence and ignorance
about the oppositional voices within the Republican
Movement. The only way to get "fresh" daily
news and to know voices of dissent is through project
like this. Thank you!
