Lodge's Open Letter

Mr.
Lodge forgets one important factor when he criticizes
General Clark and that simply is, he takes his orders
from a higher authority. To imply that General Clark
is a war criminal by Mr. Lodge et al is disturbing
and if true, why hasn't he been tried as a war criminal?
It sounds more to me like Republican spin in an attempt
to discredit General Clark in his run for the Presidency
as a Democratic candidate.
Sincerely,
Charles
