Shame on you!   Erin Caughey • 26 December 2003 I spent the last few days reading the many reviews for Ed Moloney's "History of the IRA" from various contributors to the Blanket. Having already read the book myself a few weeks before, I found myself very sad and depressed to have my own conclusions confirmed by the obviously well informed reviewers.   I can only guess at the feeling of disgust and resentment felt by these brave and heroic people who put their lives on the line many times for the cause of Ireland's freedom only to be stabbed in the back by their so called leaders.   Shame on you, Gerry and Martin, you done more to hinder the pursuit than any two individuals at anytime in Ireland's long struggle for freedom.                 Index: Current Articles + Latest News and Views + Book Reviews + Letters + Archives
