Still Reeling   R. Fitz • 21 February 2004 I write still reeling from the news of Bobby Tohill's attempted abduction at the hands of the Provisional IRA on Friday night. What an absolute indictment on the Provo leadership, how can they justify the use of such tactics or indeed allow their apologists Sinn Fein to explain away the methodology behind this act of pure fascism. Indeed how can Provisional Sinn Fein justify calls for policing reform (despite endorsing/recruiting ex RUC members) while using such RUC-esque in the attempted abduction of Tohill and many others.
