The

the important question how does one keep from losing
heart in these times? A "cynic" might try
moving on not to other issues but to seeing life without
cynicism. The thick cover of cynicism can hide the
view and muffle the voices of others and what might
be meaningful to them - like how to hold onto compassion
and doubt in the hardest times, without the anesthetizing
effects that cynicism or other "covers"
provide.
