Enough
with the shortcomings of SF leadership. It's boring,
sucks energy, and distracts from bigger issues.
The
authors seem stuck with a model of leadership that
says, we have nothing but problems and it is the job
of leaders to fix them.
Besides its false premises, its a model that sends
a message of powerlessness, generates defensiveness,
reinforces the hierarchy and separation it seeks to
change. It asks people to take a backward look to
yesterday's causes instead of going directly toward
their dream.
